Planning your route
To use our routes as Sat Nav we recommend downloading the following free apps on to your phone. Please install these App before following instructions.
1. AndroZip2. OsmAnd
Unzipping & Saving files on Phone
1. After purchase you will receive an email with your routes attached in a zip folder.
2. Forward the email to your Android phone.
3. Open email from Route-Led - Save/Download the attached Zip folder to your phone. (This will vary depending on the email client you are using).
4. Open Androzip App, Select Home.
5. Open Download folder from the list of folders.
6. Open email folder, select the zip folder named with your test centre.
7. Select Extract file here.
8. Exit Androzip
Opening & Using Routes in OsmAnd app.
1. Turn on your phones GPS
2. Open Osmand app.
3. Download the appropriate map if promoted, click View Map.
4. Press menu button (3 horizontal lines).
5. Select the Configure Map.
6. Select GPX Files.
7. Select Add More.
8. Select the route you want to navigate.
9. Press the map image to view route.
10. To start navigation press the arrow button (You might be asked to grant OSmAnd to access your location).
11. Under Track on the Map header select the route you want to drive.
12. Press Start .

The driving test routes provided will gain you an insight into the various types of roads likely to be taken on your driving test. Driving test routes do change and get updated, although generally they remain similar due to the particular difficult areas that the examiner like to keep on the routes. Whilst looking through the driving test routes for your test centre, it's not necessary to understand each and every road possible. Locating difficult areas will prove more beneficial.
